Deed for the Last Will of William Stables of Pontefract - Dated June 1774

A memorial of the last will and testament of William Stables late of the city of York Gentleman bearing date the twenty eight day of June in the year of our lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy four and made of and concerning all the freehold lands tenements and hereditaments whatsoever of the said testator William Stables in the town town ship precincts and territories of Pontefract and Tanshelf and in Swinefleet Reedness and Ouse Fleet in the parish of Whitgift in the county of York with all and every their rights members and appurtenances the one execution of which will is witnessed by John Graves Gentleman John Buck Master Coachman and William Coxon Coachmaker all of the city of York aforesaid signed and sealed by Thomas Grimston esq the devisee named in the said William will in the presence of Stables William
